Auction Terms

These terms explain how the ProductHunt.si domain auction works. By placing a bid, you agree to them.

1. What is being sold

The domain name producthunt.si only. The sale does not include any trademark, brand, content, website, business or other rights. ProductHunt.si is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Product Hunt, Inc. The buyer is responsible for making sure their use of the domain complies with applicable law and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

2. Bidding

• All amounts are in US dollars (USD).
• The starting bid is $500. The first bid must be $500 or more.
• Every later bid must be higher than the current highest bid.
• You must be at least 18 years old and provide your real name and a working email.
• Bids are expressions of interest. You are not charged automatically when you bid.
• We may reject or remove bids that appear fake, fraudulent, abusive or made in bad faith.

3. End of the auction

The auction closes when the owner closes it on this website. The highest valid bid at that time wins. The owner reserves the right to decline any bid or to end the auction without a sale.

4. Payment and transfer

• The winning bidder will be contacted by email to agree on payment. If the winner doesn't respond or complete payment within 7 days, the owner may offer the domain to the next highest bidder.
• After payment is received, the domain is transferred through the .si registry using an authorization (transfer) code. An escrow service can be used if both sides agree.
• Registrar, escrow and transfer fees, and any applicable taxes, are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Withdrawing a bid

You can ask us to withdraw your bid before the auction closes by emailing us.

6. No warranties

The domain is sold as-is. To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the auction or use of the domain.
